Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the continental United States.

Carriers & Delivery Time
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on destination and package size. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after shipment.

Tracking
A tracking number is provided for every order once shipped. Tracking details are sent to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect / Incomplete Addresses
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, our support team will contact the customer to determine the next available resolution based on the order status, carrier records, and customer communication.

Lost / Undeliverable Packages
If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier first and notify us at info@fgm-store.com
 within 7 days. If a package is marked undeliverable or returned to sender, we will contact you to confirm a reshipment or refund option.
