Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

 with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. Items sent back without prior authorization may be refused.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable (including custom/personalized items, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, and personal care goods).

Refund Timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
